KIND-LEE

Never underestimate the kindness of strangers

or else you'll miss out on a world that is unseen

someone to guard you from unknown dangers

or shed light on a lost and hidden life long dream

they exist all around you waiting to release

a helping hand or a strong shoulder to lean on

when someone you know has deceased

or a friend you knew is forever gone

we live in a world where there is one citizen

our view is obstructed from other beings

this would be I believe the ultimate sin

and not to realize the chaos we are seeing

aimless souls drifting in a world gone by

sightless minds blind to the distant truth

have plagued a generation ready to deny

that anything else exists or lives forsooth

catered by comfort zones that segregate

juiced up with fear of the god aweful "Other"

no one can ever seem to negate

the loathing ambiance that provides us our cover

change is bound to explode and combust

when we learn to trust other strangers although

one can never totally trust

every person we do not recognize or know

but i ask you to open your mind to the thought

that others may offer you assistance in the clutch

remember the struggles and how you fought

the battles if lonliness and worries and such

a tear can not stream on for too long

a grudge will grow old and soon rot

allow the possibility that you may be wrong

the grace is yours to use; long ago it was bought

do not underestimate the kindness you see

accept it and learn that it was meant to be

there is no fee it all is gauranteed free

a life lesson I give to you with all sincerity.
